Jennifer De La Mora

My name is Jennifer De La Mora and I have been in the accounting field since 2003. After being tossed into my brothers’ office to help him with his business, I learned all the different aspects of bookkeeping and how it is important for small businesses. After a few years, I went into the corporate world of accounting at an entry level position and worked my way up from billing to accounts payable, collections, payroll.. ect. I relocated to Corpus Christi, Texas in 2011 working still in the corporate world. After a few years one of my friends needed help in her office; although even though having an accounting background, she didn’t have time to deal with the time-consuming bookkeeping and being a business owner. While working for her, I realized small businesses like hers, did not require a full-time bookkeeper. I realized that she could save so much money by hiring a secretary or administrator to do all the minor details in the office while outsourcing her bookkeeping. After meeting other business owners, I started freelancing my services. Eventually, I ventured off and started my own bookkeeping business! Here I am today saving small businesses money with my bookkeeping business and helping them understand the importance of their financial reports. I am glad to say, being a small business owner myself, I enjoy helping other small businesses succeed in achieving their financial and business goals!

Yesenya Ramos

My name is Yesenya Ramos, I am a senior in high school, and YES I am Jennifer’s daughter if you couldn’t already tell. I was working in retail for a little over a year before I started working with Coastline Bookkeeping. If you see Coastline koozies, shirts, flyers or any marketing materials just know I put my blood sweat and tears in it all! I plan on continuing my education in college after high school, as of right now I am grateful to be getting the workforce experience that can eventually be useful in my future.
